• By creating an account or using Firstline, you agree to these Terms
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Firstline
• If you do not agree, do not use the service

2. What Firstline Is

• Firstline is an AI-powered dating content studio
• We help you create dating profiles, prompt answers, and opening messages
• Firstline is NOT a dating app - it is a companion tool for dating apps like Hinge, Bumble, and Tinder
• Content generated by Firstline is AI-powered suggestions, not guarantees of dating success

3. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• One account per person
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use generated content to mislead or deceive others about your identity
• Misrepresent your age, location, or intentions on dating apps
• Use content for harassment, threats, or harm
• Share illegal content or content that violates others' rights
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Violate our content guidelines

5. Content Guidelines

Firstline is designed to help you present your authentic self. The following content is prohibited:

• Manipulation and deception: Negging, pickup scripts, misrepresentation of age/location/intentions
• Objectification: Reducing people to physical attributes
• False promises: Guarantees about dating outcomes
• Explicit content: Sexual content in profile text
• Targeting vulnerable individuals: Content designed to exploit others
• Mass-messaging strategies: Content designed for spam or bulk outreach

6. Content Ownership and License

• You retain ownership of content you create using Firstline
• You grant Firstline a limited license to process and display your content within the app
• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions for your use
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Firstline offers a free tier with limited features
• Paid tiers (Subscriber, Pro) are available via in-app purchase
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Cancel anytime via your app store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple/Google app store policies

8. Privacy

• Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy
• By using Firstline, you consent to our data practices

9. Termination

• By you: Delete your account anytime via Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted immediately

10. Disclaimers

• Service provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We do not guarantee dating success or specific outcomes
• AI-generated suggestions may not be perfect for every situation
• We are not responsible for how others respond to content you use from Firstline
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firstline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina
• Disputes will be resolved in North Carolina

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
