Child Safety Standards

Firstline is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or any behavior that endangers minors.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Any content that depicts, promotes, requests, or distributes CSAM is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to groom, exploit, solicit, extort, traffic, or otherwise harm a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Any misrepresentation of age to interact with minors or evade safety protections is prohibited.
• Any use of Firstline to generate messages, profiles, or content that sexualizes minors is prohibited.

2. Age Restrictions

• Firstline is designed for users 18 and older only.
• We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service.
• If we learn that an account belongs to or is being used by a minor, we may suspend or terminate it immediately.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

• Users may report safety concerns or policy violations through our support channels.
• We review credible reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these standards.
• Where required, we preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other authorities.

4. Compliance Commitment

• We are committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
• We maintain and update these standards as our product and legal obligations evolve.
