Firstline Account Deletion
This page applies to the Firstline mobile app.

Firstline allows users to delete their account and all associated data from within the app.
In-app deletion path: Open Firstline > tap your profile icon > Privacy & Security > Delete Account
How to Delete Your Firstline Account
- Open the Firstline app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap your profile icon to open Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type "DELETE" to confirm.
- If your session is old, you may be asked to re-authenticate before proceeding.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- All generated dating profiles
- All prompt answers and opening messages
- Questionnaire responses and conversation history
- Preferences and settings
- Local app data on your device
Deletion Timing
- Data is deleted immediately upon confirmation.
- There is no grace period - deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Purchase history is managed separately by Apple/Google and is not deleted by Firstline.
What Is NOT Deleted
- App store purchase history: Previous purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not by Firstline.
- Previously collected analytics: Anonymous analytics data already collected will expire per our retention policy (90 days).
