Firstline Account and Data Deletion

Firstline allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data from within the app. This page explains how to delete a Firstline account and what data is removed when that request is completed.

In-app deletion path: Open Firstline > tap your profile icon > Privacy & Security > Delete Account

How to Delete Your Firstline Account

  1. Open the Firstline app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Tap your profile icon to open Settings.
  4. Tap Privacy & Security.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Type "DELETE" to confirm.
  7. If your session is old, you may be asked to re-authenticate before proceeding.
